Measure the length of your foot
- Place a sheet of paper on the floor against the wall
- Place your bare foot on the paper with your heel against the wall
- Mark your longest toe on the paper
- Measure the length from the wall to the mark
If your foot measurement falls between two sizes, it might be safest to go for half size up
